All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
We honor replacement of the purchased item if item is received defective.
To request a replacement of item:
- Customer must notify our company of any product defects or issues via e-mail within 14 days of the package arriving to your shipping address.
- Send an e-mail with picture of the defective item or your product issue to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the package.
